Our agents have chosen to donate their time and money to the Boys to Men Mentoring organization in an effort to help improve the lives of boys aged 11-17. The boys who benefit from mentoring are those who are identified by school administration to be at-risk of educational failure, dropping out of school, juvenile delinquency, or gang-related offenses. Seventy-three percent of the boys don't have fathers and greatly benefit from the guidance provided by Boys to Men volunteers.
Each September, our agents take part in the 100-Wave Challenge hosted by Boys to Men Mentoring, where hundreds of surfers come together to raise money, and surf 100 waves in one day.
